Façade Grants
Downtown business and property owners are eligible for façade grants of up to $2,000 for exterior improvements to their downtown properties. These improvements may include awnings, signage, paint, doors, windows, masonry, and lighting. Professional design services are also considered for this program. Some restrictions apply.

Downtown Renaissance Loan Program
Downtown property owners looking to invest between $10,000 and $100,000 in their properties may be eligible for a reduced interest bank loan. The Downtown Renaissance Loan Program is offered through three downtown banks: Chase, M&I Bank and Johnson Bank.
